Multiple calendar view. iTaskGC supports daily, weekly and monthly calendar view on iTaskGC.

Flexible sorting options. iTaskGC supports various sorting options, such as sort by due date, sort by tag, sort by priority etc. The customer even can configure their own customized filter for sorting.
A Category is used to group together similar tasks. An easier way to think of it is to treat a Category as a “project” that helps to better organize and manage related tasks.
In Calendar View, the tasks that are in-progress and/or delayed status will be shown and highlighted within the pre-selected dates. You can also select any date and add a new task to it as well.
The green icon means the task is finished. The yellow icon means the task is in progress. The red icon means the task is past the due date and is delayed.
To add a new event, simply select the plus sign ("+") on the top right corner of the event list screen. The user can click on the plus sign to add a new event.
In the event editing screen, there is the date/time section that shows the date/time range of the event. To set the date and time, the user clicks the section to go to the date/time editing screen. There is a date/time selector for the user to choose a date and time for the event.
The start date and end date are required for an event. The start time and end time are optional. The "All Day" flag in the date/time editing screen is to allow the user to select "date" only mode if there is no specific time required for the event.
A Repeatable event is an event which repeats at a specifically assigned frequency, such as daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and yearly. The feature is only currently available in iTaskGC.
By default, the repeatable flag of an event is "none." If the user wants to set the event to be a Repeatable event, the user can click on the repeatable section in the event editing screen and select the proper frequency to repeat the event.
There is an optional field of "End Date" which allows the user to set the end date of a Repeatable event. By setting the end date, the event will be stopped at that specific end date. If the "end date" is not set, the repeatable event will go on until the user manually sets the Repeatable event to "none".
The Sync feature synchronizes the events between iTaskGC with Google Calendar. It is a two-way synchronization which means that the synchronization will merge the events based upon the timestamp of the events.
First of all, "iTaskGC" ----> "More"-----> GC Setting", please provide correct Google calendar account information, such as account name and password.
Then, "Sync" -----> "Sync with Google Calendar", it will start synchronizing the events. The progress bar will indicate the progress of the synchronization process. You will see a "Sync Successfully" message if the sync is successful.
The sync will utilize either WiFi or 3G network to connect to Google Calendar online.
iTaskGC allows the user to send an email with event info and its related notes as attachments.
The user can configure email settings in the "Email Setting" section under the "More" tab. The user can choose one email configuration for SMTP access from Yahoo Mail, Gmail, AOL Email, Mobile Me or "The Other".
The user simply puts in "user name" and "password" to set it up if it is in Yahoo Mail, Gmail, AOL Email or Mobile Me. Otherwise, the user will put in "SMTP Host", "Port" "User Name" and "Password" to set up SMTP mail access.
