After iTaskPro(Outlook/iCal sync) v2.8 was released, we received some supporting tickets which indicated that there was a compatibility issues with iPhone OS 4.0 on different iPhone devices. Our developers worked around the clock and figured out a workaround. In iTaskPro(Outlook/iCal sync) v2.9, the issue is fully addressed. It is working on all iPhone devices with iPhone OS 4.0. It is fully compatible with iPhone OS 4.0.

Google doesn’t provide any API for Google task data. So far, we have developed an unique application to allow the users to synchronize the task data between iCal and Google task online.

Download a trial version of purchase iGTask
Upon successful downloading, you should have a file called “iGTaskForiCal.zip”, unzip it, there should be a Mac application — iGTaskForiCal.
Upon first time launching iGTaskForiCal, it will require to register the software with our system, please type in the email address and the password which is created during account registration on our web site. Here is the screen:
Upon successful account activation, it will present the users with Gmail Account setting and sync option settings. Please type in the Gmail account and the password for Gmail account. In the sync option settings, by default, it will be two-way sync which is to merge the tasks from iCal task and Gmail task. Or you can choose to one way sync, which is either to sync from iCal task to Gmail task or to sync from Gmail task to iCal task.
Also the users can set the default interval for auto-sync. The users can always to click on “Sync” button to sync it manually. Here is the screen.

We just submit another iPhone app which to synchronize Google Task to iGTask on iPhone.
It is native iPhone app and can work offline. It fully supports all the features from Google Task and does two-way synch between iPhone and Google Task.

iTaskPro Outlook sync desktop program v2.6 is released!
The main improvements:
1. Address the update conflict due to incompatible microsoft system library on different version of Windows platform.
2. Calendar sync option. Allow the users to turn off calendar sync and allow the user to only synchronize calendar data back up to X days than to synchronize whole calendar. To run off calendar sync, please check the “off” option under “Sync Setting” — Calendar sync option in “iTask Sync” window.
How to update from previous version:
1. Upon opening Outlook, the Outlook sync desktop program will run auto-update to update directly first. It will download the update file and run through removing the older version and install the v2.6 version.
2. If any problem during the downloading, please go to:
