(not trial version) Was able to install and sync software on Mac and iphone 1st time HOWEVER only received half of my ical information. I have a folder labeled classes and iTask is only showing me one of the three classes. These classes are listed under the same calendars BGSU and Classes. I thought resyncing would help. When I went to Resync using iphone, I select my computer and the host name and address appear with password. AND the text "no connection" and sync button. I hit the sync button and of course the sync fails.  OK-- WIFI is on, no firewire ports closed, correct and linked account setting with correct password, correct HOST password (if I type in the wrong one it tells me) Now what? This is very frustrating as there is no good way to communicate to a live person to get this fixed right away and the Blogs don't help  AND the tutorials don't have a quick search option. So, what should have taken a few minutes is taking hours AND it cost money for this software. I use Windows as my desktop PC. I bought Omnifocus but stopped using it, since I lost a folder with few projects and I did not and could not safeguard the data with backups. I looked at various other programs that could be backed-up or synced, however they mostly sync with 3rd party Internet sites. To keep my personal info private I bought Appigo's ToDo, it does a fairly good job. Then I came across your App iTaskPro.  The problem I have is that it seems your Outlook add-in requires IP:Port and username/password of my proxy server. Appigo ToDo is able to update Outlook tasks and iTunes is able to update Notes and Calendar entries in Outlook, without requiring to go through my proxy server. Why does iTaskPro need to access Internet?
