Hi Guys I've just downloaded the full version of your ITaskPro for 2010 product onto my Windows XP Net book and it won't install I receive the following error in the install log. Unable to locate application file 'iTaskProForOutlook.msi'. I was previously using your trial version and everything seemed to work fine .. any clues? Regards   Doug

I looked, but did not see this. I will soon get a new phone (currently iPhone 3, will move to 4 or 4s) and I am not sure what I will need to do to re-establish sync with my iTask for Outlook I am currently using.  Does anyone know what the process will be?

Hello, If you have typed in the correct email address and the password, click "Save", it should bind the account successfully.  If there is an error, it should prompt your the error message.  It looks like the binding the account seems OK.

Just bought itaskpro and downloaded the software on PC but when trying to bind my account the save button says depressed but nothing happens to it. Been sitting in that state for over 15 minutes now. Iphones not processing anything, just sitting there idling.   Any ideas on what the problem is?

Is 15 min the min refresh time? I tried 5 min and it converts it to 300 min, which is 5 hours. 10 minutes is converted into 600 min. It doesn't accept fractions so I can'ttrick into doing 1/12 of an hour for five min. Thanks

I submitted a support ticket on this and need a response on how to solve this, very annoying. When I goto Sync it states "preparing the google date" the goes to "Fail to Sync (ERROR CODE: 101)". What am I suppose to do to solve this.  You guys should really post what the error codes mean.

Since installing Itaskpro the reminder tab in the appointments section of Outlook 2010 has disappeared & hence I can't set reminders. Can you advise how to fix this.

Agreed with the "Event Sync Error Report" comment above.  I see the same errors on every sync and there's no way to (1) understand the problem, nor (2) resolve or ignore the error going forward. Otherwise, I'm liking the product so far for syncing both events and tasks.  Thanks!

It looks like it is related with one of Microsoft library: Visual C++ Runtime Libraries(x86).   Please try to do the following: Please locate the downloaded installer file, when you run "exe" installer file, it will expend to two files: setup.exe, and iTaskProForOutlook2010.msi.  Please try to run iTaskProForOutlook2010.msi directly.  Hope that would help.

I just downloaded the updated ITask Pro for Outlook 2010. It won't install, however, because the error message I have a newer version of the C++ Runtime libraries installed so natuarlly it won't dump the old stuff over new. I"ve included both the component error here and the contents of the logfile for you to take a look. Not sure if this has anythign to do with the update error I've been getting from the 1.0.0.1 version I have installed which gives me an "Unable to update iTaskPro" error when I start Outlook. Evidently, it can't access the updater either. So I tried the manual download method, and this is where I am at... The reply you got from Things forum is the confirmation of what we replied to you.  In iCal, when a task is moved, the timestamp isn't changed, so it won't get synced properly. So for now, you probably need to work around this issue by making a little change in subject/date as suggested in our reply and the reply from Things forum.

Thanks for the quick feedback on this. The iCal tasks are integrated with Things, so maybe they'll be willing to change the modification timestamp on a move to prevent me from manually updating in iCal itself.
