In order to synchronize between iPhone and Outlook/iCal, there are two software required: iTaskPro on iPhone and iTaskPro For Outlook/iCal on PC/Mac.
Here is how to upgrade to latest iTaskPro on iPhone:
1. Click on "iTunes app" on iPhone, click on "Updates", please see if there is "iTask" on the list. If there is "iTask" on the list, please click it to update.
Here is how to upgrade to latest iTaskPro For Outlook on PC:
1. Upon opening Outlook, iTaskPro For Outlook will run auto-update to see if there is a new version available from our online system. If there is a new version, it will prompt the user to update.
2. If there is a problem with auto-update, you can always do a manual update:

Click on "Download" to download the latest iTaskPro For Outlook, upon successful downloading, double-click the installer file to go through installation wizard to install the latest version.
Here is how to upgrade iTaskPro For iCal on Mac:
1. Upon opening iTaskProForiCal application on Mac, it will run auto-update to check if there is a new version available, if there is, it will prompt the user to download the new version. Upon the successful downloading, double-click the iTaskProForiCal.zip, it will get latest iTaskProForiCal app.
If there is a problem with auto-update, you can always do a manual update:

Click on "Download", download the latest iTaskPro For iCal. Upon successful downloading, unzip the file, there should be iTaskProForiCal app.
