I am trying to select an Todo/GTD app to use on my iPhone.
I use Windows as my desktop PC.
I bought Omnifocus but stopped using it, since I lost a folder with few projects and I did not and could not safeguard the data with backups. I looked at various other programs that could be backed-up or synced, however they mostly sync with 3rd party Internet sites. To keep my personal info private I bought Appigo's ToDo, it does a fairly good job. Then I came across your App iTaskPro. The problem I have is that it seems your Outlook add-in requires IP:Port and username/password of my proxy server. Appigo ToDo is able to update Outlook tasks and iTunes is able to update Notes and Calendar entries in Outlook, without requiring to go through my proxy server. Why does iTaskPro need to access Internet?
Can I not keep the info i put in iTaskPro private?
