Click "GTask" icon on the top right corner of menu bar on your Mac, click "Sync Settings" in the menu drop down, towards the bottom of the setting screen, there is a radio button to set to "auto-sync". You can also configure how often the auto-sync occurs by settings the auto-sync interval next to the radio button.
