In the new update, it will address difference locale issue when synchronizing.  It has no impact on existing English language users.  It will fix the locale issue if the customer is using non-English locale as their region and language setting.

Also, big improvement in installation file.  It reduce the installation file from the previous version of 10.4m to new version of 884k.  It will allow much faster downloading. 

There is specific improvement towards Internet Explorer browser downloading failure.
